I have little Health and Biology knowledge. Can I still be certified?
Absolutely. While average levels of literacy and comprehensive skills are necessary to complete course work and to absorb the course instruction, you do not need to have a background in the health or life sciences. Vitals ED's goal is to make standardized and reliable rescusitation and life-support training accessible to adults with various levels of education.
CAN I SCHEDULE A CLASS FOR ANY TIME AND DAY OF THE WEEK?
No. Scheduling a course or session with Vitals ED happens one two ways: 1. Buying a prescheduled group course or 2. Purchasing a One-on-One or Company customize course. After purchasing one of the two latter customized classes, the date of the training will be decided with the buyer and a Vitals ED Representative.
How much time do the actual courses take to complete?
Course duration times depend on the course you are seeking certification through. The curriculums taught by Vitals ED are nationally standardized lessons constructed by the American Heart Association and its teams of experts. Visit our Courses page where you can get a list of the number of hours required for the completion of each course.
Can I use credit card to pay for my course and certification?
Yes you can. While you Paypal serves as the processor for our course payments, you do not need a Payal Facebook or login to purchase certification online. Simply click on the buy button and select the purchase without a Paypal login after being redirected to a new page hosted by Paypal.
If I purchase a certification in error, can I be reimbursed?
Yes you can reimbursed for a course purchase but only within 48 hours of purchase and 24 hours before the start date of the course and training. If you buy a course in error, please email us at train@vitalsed.nyc or message us through our contact us page. After 48 hours, you can only reschedule the course or credit the purchase to another individual.
I have already been certified previously but need to renew my certification. Can Vitaled help me with this?

is there an age limit for your course enrollements and certifications?
No. Currently, the American Association has no minimum age requirement. As long as a student is able read and comprehend the course work and its materials, they are able to complete our courses and receive certification. There are effectively few people who are not able to learn how to save the life of one near them.
